- In this position, I would come into a classroom in a variety of different schools and grade levels around Bismarck to offer coverage for the primary teacher.
- I assisted students with their learning of content and materials prescribed by the primary teacher, kept classroom order, graded assignments and assessments, solved behavioral disputes and issues and collaborated with other teachers during lunch duty and recess to ensure student safety.
- I have had experience substituting in science, math, english, and PE. I have substituted for grades 2-12 and discovered effective strategies to reach children of all levels and ages through this experience.
